It is with deep appreciation that we express our heartfelt gratitude for two remarkable parents: Alice and Duane Bennett.

Growing up, serving and caring for others was simply woven into the fabric of our daily lives. Their quiet, consistent example taught us that love is best expressed through action.

Whether it was quietly slipping someone some cash when no one was looking, or cooking a hot meal and inviting so many around our table over the years, their generosity knew no bounds. We fondly remember the ongoing fund-raisers, the car repairs freely provided to stranded strangers or neighbors in need, and those Saturday morning trips to the meat market—all so we could deliver bags of groceries to struggling families.
